The treatment is carried out using fine injections, if necessary under local anaesthetic. The results are immediately visible and usually last for 9 to 12 months.
Wrinkle injection with hyaluronic acid
Hyaluronic acid is an important and natural component of our connective tissue. The body's own hyaluronic acid has the ability to bind water. It ensures the elasticity of the skin and makes the skin appear plump and fresh.
Unfortunately, the natural hyaluronic acid content decreases over the years, the skin begins to sag, the facial contours shift and wrinkles become deeper.
When injecting wrinkles with fillers, we use high-quality hyaluronic acid to restore lost volume and smooth out wrinkles. The skin can store more moisture again and therefore looks fuller and fresher.
Application:
- Nasolabial folds
- Lip augmentation and lip contouring
- Cheek augmentation
- Marionette wrinkles
- Acne scars
- Reduction of dark circles
- Skin hydration (skin booster)
Permanent vs non-permanent fillers
There are permanent and non-permanent fillers, whereby the latter, such as hyaluronic acid, are preferred as they are broken down by the body and are characterised by good tolerability.
We only use non-permanent, high-quality fillers whose localised effect lasts for around nine to twelve months, which leave no residue in the body and are generally very well tolerated.
The artificially produced hyaluronic acid used to treat wrinkles is a so-called cross-linked filler, which has the same properties as the body's own substance.

Risks and side effects
The treatment is generally well tolerated and possible side effects are usually mild and temporary. Immediately after the injection, slight discomfort may occur, which subsides after two days.
Possible side effects include localised bruising and temporary redness or swelling at the injection site. Other rare risks include allergic reactions or vascular occlusion. After taking blood-thinning medication such as aspirin, you should wait a week before treatment, as otherwise the risk of bruising may be increased.
Skinbooster (with hyaluronic acid preparation)
Improvement of the complexion
Unlike conventional fillers, the Skinbooster provides comprehensive hydration and makes the skin look fresher and more radiant.
The Skinbooster uses a special hyaluronic acid that is injected deep under the skin with a blunt cannula to improve elasticity and skin structure and reduce fine lines.
The effect is visible immediately after the treatment. It is recommended to have two to three sessions at intervals of four to six weeks.
This treatment is suitable for all skin types and age groups, especially for acne scars or sun-damaged skin. It can be used on the face, hands, neck and décolleté, also as a complement to surgical procedures such as facelifts or laser treatments.
Other treatment methods for acne scars include laser therapy and deep needling in combination with radio frequency. Let us advise you on which treatment is best for you.
Hylase
Reverse filler treatments and lip injections
Hylase is used after hyaluronic acid treatments if these have not had the desired effect and you want a normal lip shape again without lumps, bulges or pain. For example, in the case of lip over-injections, unevenness or permanent swelling.
Frequently asked questions about hylase
What is hylase?
Hylase (hyaluronidase) is an enzyme that can dissolve hyaluronic acid deposits.
How does a Hylase® treatment work?
The hyaluronidase is injected directly into the hyaluronic acid depot using a thin needle. The treatment usually has to be carried out in several sessions until most of the unwanted hyaluronic acid has been dissolved.
What side effects and complications can occur?
In rare cases, allergic reactions may occur, which must be treated depending on their severity.
If the skin has been overstretched by too much hyaluronic acid over several months, the formation of wrinkles may increase slightly after dissolution. In the majority of cases, this should disappear after a few weeks.
What cosmetic side effects can occur?
It is important to know that hyaluronidase is an enzyme that cannot distinguish between endogenous and injected hyaluronic acid. The use of hyaluronidase can lead to a negative aesthetic effect (loss of volume, asymmetry).
How long does a Hylase treatment last?
Hylase is effective for approx. 24-48 hours after injection. However, an improvement can also occur further down the line. Several sessions are often required to completely dissolve the hyaluronic acid. However, any swelling or haematoma from the injection should have subsided before another Hylase session is carried out.
