People undergoing a surgical procedure are often supported by family members or close friends, so it is very important for us to be responsive to the needs of our visitors.
Visiting hours
There are no set visiting hours at the Pyramid Clinic. However, we ask our patients in twin rooms to be considerate of their roommate and not receive visitors after 9 pm. Reception is staffed from 6.30 am to 9 pm. For safety reasons, the clinic is locked outside the reception/opening times.
Parking/garage
The Pyramid Clinic has its own underground car park, which is available for patients and their visiting friends or family members to use free of charge. The entrance ramp is located directly in front of the main entrance on the right. Please use the intercom to announce your arrival to reception.
Overnight visitors at the clinic
Friends or family members may be able to stay overnight at the clinic for a small fee in exceptional cases. This includes parents of children or family members of disabled or seriously ill patients in particular. Please discuss this in good time with your specialist and the administrative staff, so that we can provide you with a cost estimate and reserve a sufficiently large room.
Cafeteria
Our attractive cafeteria is open daily from 7 am to 9 pm. You can enjoy meals and snacks à la carte here, too. You can also purchase a variety of magazines and newspapers at the cafeteria’s small kiosk.
